Status Updates
- Preliminary design and survey began in July 2022.
- Design completed in October 2023.
- Franchise utility relocation to begin in early 2024 and continue through mid-2024. The franchise utilities to be relocated may include Portland General Electric power and street lighting, Century Link communication and fiber, Comcast cable and Northwest Natural Gas. Project utility and street repair construction to begin after franchise utility relocation is complete.
