March 14-15 Library Update
At this time, the Wilsonville Library remains open to provide its most critical resources and information to community members in need.
Operating hours:
- Weekdays: 10 am-8 pm
- Saturday: 10 am-6 pm
- Sunday: 1-6 pm
Please do not visit if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms like coughing, fever and shortness of breath. Otherwise, the Library welcomes you to take advantage of our services.
The facility is taking precautions to provide a low-risk environment for visitors. The building is thoroughly cleaned each evening, and hard surfaces (door knobs, desks, arm rests, keyboards, etc.) are disinfected by Library staff multiple times throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is provided at the facility for staff and public use.
To encourage social distancing, in accordance with new recommendations of public health officials, the Library has taken the following additional steps:
- Canceled all programs and events between now and April 8.
- Canceled all public meetings scheduled in the Library’s meeting rooms between now and Apr. 8.
To limit traffic within the library system, the following conveniences have been put in place by Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC)
- The new return date for all already-checked-out items is now April 30.
- All new items checked out, regardless of item type, may be held for 42 days (6 weeks).
- A new e-card, available March 16, allows users to access digital collections without visiting.
- Holds will be suspended during library closures within the LINCC system.
If you’re staying away, you can still utilize these great services:
- Staff assistance via telephone at 503-682-2744
- Remote check out of e-books and audiobooks.
We remain staffed to answer your questions, and advise you to please take care of yourself and those in your community by adopting common sense measures to protect yourself and others and limit the spread of germs.
Please call 503-682-2744 if we can be of assistance.
