Affordable Housing Development Teams
The City of Wilsonville is seeking a development team able to build affordable housing, active ground floor space, high quality design and place making elements, and other improvements as part of a transit-oriented development on the 1.5-acre, city-owned "TOD Site” at 9749 SW Barber Street, Wilsonville, OR 97070. Affordable housing on the site should be primarily for households earning at or below 60% of area median income.
The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from development teams with the capacity and experience to plan, design, finance, build, and operate this affordable TOD project. The City’s conceptual site development options completed to date indicate capacity for a 94 to 123-unit mixed-use project of four to five stories adjacent to regional and local rail and bus service at the Wilsonville Transit Center; however, the City expects developers to bring innovation and creativity to the process of designing and building out the site, and projects with different attributes may be appropriate.
