I-5 Pedestrian Bridge - Barber Street to Wilsonville Town Center RFP

The design of a pedestrian and bikeway bridge crossing Boones Ferry Road, Interstate 5, and Town Center Loop West, connecting Barber Street with the Wilsonville Town Center.  The west bridge landing will incorporate a multi-use pathway connection to Barber Street with associated roadway improvements and include an alternatives analysis of different bridge approach configurations.  The east bridge approach will be designed to land on a City-owned property within the Wilsonville Town Center and include a gateway plaza designed to connect to the future planned emerald chain greenway, but configured to connect to existing public facilities in the interim.
