On April 16, 2019 the Washington County Board of County Commissioners passed an ordinance to adopt the amended Urban Planning Area Agreement between the County and the City of Wilsonville, acknowledging the City’s new authority in the Basalt Creek Planning Area, which the Wilsonville City Council previously resolved to sign through Resolution No. 2726. These actions mark the completion of the multi-year Basalt Creek Concept Planning project.

April 22, 2019 City Council Hearing (Tualatin)

On April 22, 2019, the Tualatin City Council voted to approve Ordinance 1418-19, implementing the Basalt Creek

April 15, 2019 City Council Hearing  (Wilsonville)

The Wilsonville City Council held the second reading of Ordinance No. 834 and it was adopted unanimously 5-0.  Ordinance No. 834 approved Comprehensive Plan Text and Map amendments and Transportation System Plan amendments Related to the Basalt Creek Concept Plan and approving a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment related to the Coffee Creek Master Plan.

April 8, 2019 City Council  Hearing (Tualatin)

On April 8, 2019, the Tualatin City Council voted to approve the Basalt Creek Comprehensive Plan update (PTA 19-0001 and PMA 19-0001).

April 1, 2019 - City Council Hearing (Wilsonville)

The City Council public hearing regarding the Basalt Creek Comprehensive Plan and TSP Amendments was held on April 1 with the second reading on April 15. City Council voted unanimously to adopt the amendments. The Tualatin City Council also considered and voted in support of Basalt Creek Concept Plan related Comprehensive Plan and TSP amendments at a public hearing on April 8.
