Basalt Creek Code Assessment and Infrastructure Funding Strategy

The City of Wilsonville invites proposals from qualified individuals and consulting firms to support the Basalt Creek Code Assessment and Infrastructure Funding Strategy Project for Wilsonville’s portion of the Basalt Creek Concept Plan (BCCP) area to bring the area to an industrial development-ready status. The Project will address the full spectrum of industrial land readiness in the City’s BCCP area, from an industry-wide, holistic perspective to a granular site-specific level, identifying barriers, as well as implementation measures, to achieve the envisioned development. Proposals received after the deadline will not be reviewed. Until the deadline, copies of the Request for Proposal documents (“RFP”) may be obtained online at https://www.ci.wilsonville.or.us/rfps or picked up at the City Hall first floor reception desk, 29799 SW Town Center Loop E, Wilsonville, OR 97070.
