Electronic Plan Review Submittals- Online Portal

Electronic submittals: 

Wilsonville has a online portal for Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical permits. 

The new customer online portal is where you can submit permit applications, upload documents for review, pay fees, check permit status, and schedule inspections.

Plan Review timeline: 

• Commercial, Multi-family, Industrial 
  • Initial review 21 calendar days 
  • Subsequent reviews 10 calendar days 
• 1 & 2 Family Residential 
  • Initial review 14 calendar days (state law is 10 business days) 
  • Subsequent reviews 7 calender days
