5th Street/Kinsman Road Extension (Boones Ferry Road to Wilsonville Road)

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing construction administration and engineering services for the construction of 3100 linear feet extension of 5th Street, Kinsman Road, and Arrowhead Creek Lane, 650 linear feet of Boones Ferry Road urban upgrades, 2,000 linear feet of the Ice Age Tonquin Trail (a multi-use path), two bridge crossings of Coffee Lake Creek, a new railroad crossing and quiet zone, extension of sanitary, water, storm, and franchise utilities. Requested services include day-to-day administration of the construction contract, weekly progress meetings, construction survey quality control, environmental permit compliance, submittal review, requests for information and clarification review, contractor invoice review, change order request review, and construction inspection of structural facilities and other related services.  Work is expected to begin in January 2021 and continue through December 2022.
