Brown Road Improvements Project

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing engineering and public engagement services for upgrade of approximately 1,900 linear feet of SW Brown Road between SW Wilsonville Road and SW Evergreen Drive to an urban collector roadway. The scope will include engineering and preparation of construction documents for roadway, sidewalks, bike facilities, transit stops, planter strip with street trees, water quality facilities, storm water conveyance facilities, street lighting, traffic signal modifications, overhead utility undergrounding, and signage and striping. Work is expected to begin in July 2024 and continue through December 2026. 

Sealed proposals for the Brown Road Improvements project will be received at Wilsonville City Hall located at 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070 until May 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Proposals received after the listed time and date due will be returned unopened and without review. Electronically mailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

Proposals will be evaluated on a qualification basis and ranked on firm’s ability to demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size, scope, budget, and schedule. A Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement will be negotiated with the Successful Proposer. The estimated cost range for the requested services is $900,000 to $1,000,000.
