Temporary Stop Service
If you plan to be away from your property temporarily, you may request the City to turn off your water service. This precaution helps prevent potential water leaks during your absence. To arrange for water service to be shut off or restored, please notify the Utility Billing Department at least 72 hours in advance. A $35.00 fee applies for this service. Please note that monthly account fees will still apply during the shut off period. After Hours Restore
A fee of $185 will be charged for non-emergency restores placed after-hours on regular business days, weekends and holidays. After-hours or expedited service is not provided for delinquent accounts.
