City Seeks Public Comment on Draft 2023 Industrial/Commercial Facility Strategy

The City of Wilsonville is seeking public comments on its Draft 2023 Industrial/Commercial Facility Strategy. This strategy is a requirement of the City’s National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit reissued by Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in 2022. The NPDES MS4 permit applies to 12 jurisdictions throughout Clackamas County. The objective of the permit is to improve the water quality of the streams and rivers throughout Oregon by regulating stormwater discharges to surface waters. Wilsonville’s Industrial/Commercial Facility Strategy describes the steps the City will follow to implement a program to reduce pollutants in stormwater discharges from industrial and commercial facilities.
