Urban Renewal Annual Report

The Urban Renewal Agency of Wilsonville produces both an annual financial report and a more general annual report.  The annual report includes more detail and context than the financial report, and not only includes a financial recap of the preceding year, but also the budget for the current fiscal year.  Additionally, it includes an analysis of the impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax rate for each of the overlapping governmental units within the urban renewal district.
