Sam Scull was appointed to the City Council on Oct. 20, 2025, to the seat previously occupied by Katie Dunwell, who resigned her post in September 2025. Scull's term continues through Dec. 2026.
Previously, Scull served on the City's Planning Commission, Development Review Board, and Budget Committee. He is to be sworn in on Monday, Nov. 3.
