Wilsonville's Proud History of Community Planning

Citizen involvement is very important in developing plans for how Wilsonville should grow. In fact, Wilsonville's Comprehensive Plan devotes a whole section to citizen involvement. Throughout the years, there have been many opportunities for community leaders, citizens, business owners, and other interested people to meet to develop a common vision for the city's growth. 

It is important to revisit the values and goals that came from these visioning events to make sure that the city's growth is consistent with the desires of the community and in keeping Wilsonville a livable place while preserving the values of the long-range vision.
