COVID-19 City Closures & Cancellations

City Hall

  • City Hall is open to the public on weekdays, 8 am-5 pm. Masks are required to enter.
  • Staff recommends accessing City services by phone 503-682-1011 or email webmaster@ci.wilsonville.or.us.
  • Non-critical in-person meetings are suspended. 

Community Center

  • The Community Center remains closed to the public. A date for public re-entry has not yet been determined. 
  • Home Delivered Meals program is continuing. Seniors should contact 503-682-3727 to arrange delivery.
  • Social Services staff remains available to assist community members. Call 503-570-1526.
  • Building/room rental reservations are not being accepted at this time. 

Library

Municipal Court

  • Court is now operating with social distancing and safety modifications in place. Masks are required.
  • Contact the court offices to see if citation can be resolved by phone 503-570-1587 or email at court@ci.wilsonville.or.us and/or to see if  any reduction or payment plan is available or you can pay online

Parks & Recreation

  • The Parks & Rec Admin. Bldg. is open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Parks, trails, and amenities remain open.
  • Reservations:
    • Reservations for the Stein-Boozier Barn, the River Shelter, Forest Shelter, Grove Shelter, Splash Shelter and sport fields may be made by residents and local businesses beginning March 8. This year’s rental season runs April 10 - Oct. 10. Please note that all park rentals and gatherings must abide by the applicable State health guidance in place at the time of the rental.     • Reservations for the Tauchman House are not being accepted at this time.

Police

  • Police to respond to non-emergency calls by telephone 503-655-8211 to determine if in-person contact is necessary.

SMART Transit

  • SMART offices closed to public.  A date for public re-entry has not yet been determined. 
  • You can reach the dispatch office at 503-682-7790 or TDD: 800-735-2900.
  • All routes are currently operating fare free.
  • Transit routes currently running on a revised schedule.
  • Physical distancing is required on all buses; capacities are reduced. 
  • Fleet thoroughly disinfected each night by SMART staff
