Cancel a Ride

Weekday rides:
Rides can be canceled during regular office hours (7 am-6 pm, Monday - Friday) at 503-682-7790.

Saturday rides:
If you need to cancel a Dial-a-Ride on Saturday call 503-329-9340.

Rides for Monday may be made or canceled on Saturday /Sunday while the office is closed by leaving your request on voice mail at 503-682-7790.

If your plans change, you must cancel your Dial-a-Ride appointment at least one hour prior to the scheduled trip.
