Longing for that crunchy crusty loaf of sourdough bread? I call this load the Great White. Participants will learn or review how to maintain a starter, and how to bake this delicious loaf of sourdough bread using tools your probably already have in your kitchen. All materials will be provided and you will leave with your own jar of sourdough starter and a sample of bread we will bake together. Class size is limited to six. Please bring your own jar with a lid for your starter if needed.
