While personal training exercises your body, wellness coaching aims to exercise your brain in order to help you reach optimal physical and mental health. Brad Moore, an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health and Wellness Coach will listen to your goals and work with you to determine the best action plan to achieve the results you want. 

As a unique individual, with unique life experiences, flexible packages are created to find a balance of personal training and wellness coaching that best meets your goals.

About Brad

Brad Moore, BS, ACSM-CPT, NBC-HWC, has over 15 years of experience and is the winner of the 2006 Governor's Fitness Award (State of Oregon) for Activity and Wellness. He has a B.S. in Wellness and Fitness from California University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Brad also has a Fitness Technology certificate from Portland Community College, is a Wellcoaches Health and Wellness Coach, a national board-certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Movement Systems Level 1 and 2 Certified, is certified Yogafit levels I and II, and is also certified in Hard Style Kettlebell. Most recently, Brad received the Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change by Case Western Reserve University.

Brad has experience with a wide range of clients from youth to adults, with additional training and education in an effort to serve the older adult (55+) population.
