Rental Information
Interested in reserving one of our park shelters, sport fields, or facilities? Please read through this entire page and then complete the appropriate application linked below. Once complete, you can email it to our team at parksandrec@ci.wilsonville.or.us. We will then review it, confirm date availability, and connect with you on next steps (including how to pay the balance online).
Please note that there are multiple pages to fill out in each packet. Don't forget to look through it all thoroughly before submitting!
We process applications in the order that they are received. Due to a high volume of applications and our small (but mighty!) team, we are not able to respond immediately to confirm receipt of your submission. Please allow 24 hours (on business days) before calling to confirm receipt. Know that we are working through applications as quickly as possible and look forward to helping you secure a reservation in one of our parks for your event.
An Important Note About 2024 Park Shelter Reservations
For the 2024 park shelter rental season we anticipate shifting to accepting online reservations and having shelter availability viewable online. However, we are not quite ready to roll out these new features. We are excited for this upgrade in our processing and appreciate your patience while we make this transition! Until we roll out this new online option, you will be able to submit completed applications via email as described above or in-person at our Parks and Recreation Admin Office.
Shelter rental applications are accepted according to the following schedule:
- March 4, 2024: Government/Schools
- March 11, 2024: Wilsonville Residents (Including Non-Profits and Businesses)
- March 18, 2024: Non-Residents (Including Non-Profits and Businesses)
You will not be able to make reservations for park shelters (i.e. the River Shelter, Forest Shelter, Grove Shelter, or Splash Shelter) until the applicable date listed above.
