Does your family love pizza? These workshops offer basic instruction in making artisan-style olive oil dough. This dough is amazingly flexible as it keeps for several days in the fridge. You can also freeze it. When you're ready for dinner, roll it out, put on your favorite toppings, and bake! Focaccia, rolls, and breadsticks can also be made with the same dough. Bring your own toppings (sauce and cheese provided) and take home a pizza. Save money and have great fun baking with your family! Workshop is offered twice (same content). Note: Not gluten or dairy free.
