Pilates, Core, Balance, and Strength

Come get strong and steady in this hybrid class combining moves from body sculpt (resistance training) mat Pilates (core and back work) and balance! We will change it up weekly using light weights and stability balls and sometimes just our own bodies. Encouraging environment, suitable for all levels! Bring exercise mat and water.
