Pilates Sculpt

Get the best of both pilates and strength fitness in this non-impact hybrid class! Most work will be done on the mat/floor working to sculpt lean muscles with focus on the core-abdominals and back. Along with balance work and stretching, the class will touch on arms and legs to improve overall flexibility and strength. All levels welcome, progress as your body strengthens! Exercise mat required.
