Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga can help you reduce stress, build strength & stability, find comfort in your growing body, and prepare for birth. It can help improve your connection with your baby, as well as relieve common pregnancy discomforts, like fatigue, low back pain, sleeplessness, and more. Breath awareness helps calm emotions, center the mind, and bring energy and alignment into the body. A welcoming space is provided for mamas to gather and connect with each other.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Class is suitable for any stage of pregnancy, though it is recommended that you check with your doctor or midwife before practicing prenatal yoga.
