Celebrate the transition from winter to spring with a special yoga practice designed to "spring clean" your body and mind. Through yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and journaling, we will let go of what no longer serves us, move stagnant energy, and plant seeds of intention for the future. This class is open to all levels, including beginners, but does require the participants ability to move from the floor (supporting body weight) to standing. Please bring your own yoga mat, journal, and pen. All other supplies will be provided.
