Enjoy getting exercise from your own home in this Zoom fitness class taught by Certified Personal Trainer Brad Moore. This class will include strength training with weights and bands as well as some aerobic activity and stretching. This class will offer the opportunity to stand or sit in a chair while you exercise. Class will take place on Mondays and Thursdays (3/22 - 4/22), 11:00 – 11:45 am.
Class requirements:
- Device (computer/iPad/phone) with internet capabilities
- 2 dumbbells
- 1 resistance band
If you would like to check out weights or an exercise band from the Community Center, please contact Brad Moore, 503-570-1522 to set up an appointment to do so. Brad will assist you in finding the proper weight for your current fitness level.
There is no charge for the class or to check out equipment.
