This presentation focuses on the occupations in life that guides Occupational Therapy and provide information to stay healthy in balancing these occupations through the retirement years. The occupations are; Selfcare, Work (Volunteer), Play, Leisure, Health Management, Rest and Sleep Hygiene, Higher level Activities of Daily Living such as home management, financial management, cooking, pet care), Socialization Engagement, Education (learning).
